Thank you for taking the time to look over my resume. Currently serving as Gainwell Technologies Business Advisor to the State of Virginia’s Department of Medical Assistance Services program. One of our first clients to utilize the new modular systems for Provider Enrollment/Credentialing, Provider Management, Provider Portal, Managed Care, and Managed Care Portal. Consult with Virginia on business needs and understanding of new applications. We have successfully implemented the above applications to Virginia, and have just recently been awarded multiple new RFP contracts. As part of the ACA MITA mandates, we have created new modular systems for the healthcare industry. Tagged to be part of this new and exciting software development leading the industry. Previously served as a Nexus project manager over 7 global delivery teams specializing in Provider Enrollment and Credentialing. For the last 3+ years been part of a large DDI project performing project management roles for design, delivery, and implementation. As part of the team, I perform the project management role and as such am responsible for resource management, and feasibility management to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope. Created a mentoring program pairing senior developers with less experienced developers and senior analysts with less experienced analysts. The mentoring program has been a huge success with our overall output of 20 new subject matter experts over the last two years within provider enrollment/credentialing. With an expert understanding of the Enrollment/Credentialing strict guidelines that have been set by CMS. Established myself as a standout leader due to excellence on a team of over 700 people. Leading the first module in delivering successfully to clients. Due to vast self-taught knowledge of the overall healthcare life cycle, I spend time consulting with the following modules: Claims, Managed Care, Provider Management, and Member.
