My 20+ years of experience in the London Hospital System has allowed me to garner an array of experience in different departments, including Health Information Management, Palliative Care, Long Term Care, and Paediatrics. In addition to traditional administrative skills, such as calendar management, meeting documentation, transcription, data management, accounting, and customer service, I am in a unique position where I am encouraged to think outside of my traditional role, which has enabled me to grow and develop many skills not inherently associated with traditional administrative support. As a continuous learner, I have enjoyed every educational opportunity that has been offered to me throughout my career, which includes Crucial Conversations, Project Management, Crisis Intervention, as well as other practical education such as Microsoft Access, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and being an Office 365 Super User.
