About Crystal Dolch

With over 18 years of experience in graphic design, video, and photography, I am a passionate and energetic creative professional. I hold an MFA in Photography from the Academy of Art University and a BS and an AS in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. As a Creative Director, I build, lead, and review the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral for B2C, B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels. I spearhead and manage content strategy for small and large-scale projects, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop marketing plans, analyze results, and identify opportunities. I also develop internal/external marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies, while ensuring brand identity, voice, and message consistency across all channels. Moreover, I supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, video producers, photographers, and editors, and meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses. I have a stellar background in brand identity as well as lifestyle imagery/video productions with a product and storytelling focus. I have worked in every platform in brand, advertising, and marketing with impactful results, and have a diverse industry background in food, apparel, robotics, tech, and the pool industry. I am skilled in creative direction, print, social networking, and e-commerce, and have a strong command of techniques and craftsmanship in photo/video storytelling. I am also a people-first leader, who understands the needs of a large creative team. I have developed creative teams in both on-location and remote environments, and have experience in developing creative operations and strategies to fit cross-functional collaboration in regional and global teams. My mission is to create amazing creative that inspires and engages customers, while empowering and facilitating my team to achieve their goals.
