About Crystal Epperson

We all have barriers. Whether they’re physical, mental, social or spiritual barriers, they interfere in our lives and prevent us from moving forward. I coordinate client and community care that overcomes these barriers and promotes holistic health. I partner with patients and providers to execute treatment plans that target the unique identity of each individual and support them with the resources and referrals they need to meet their overall goals. In the community, I strive to develop and empower leaders to take the next step in their personal and spiritual lives. Currently, I am a Care Navigation Lead at Crossover Health, where I empower our team to help members find highly rated specialists that fit their needs. My specialties include comprehensive health management including people living with HIV, human services, community outreach, social media, program management, and volunteer oversight. I also have unique international experience working with service organizations in Honduras, Greece and the Middle East.
