With over six years of work experience in customer service, logistics, and data management, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic and collaborative environments. I recently obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Franklin University, where I gained insights into human behavior and motivation that can enhance my performance and contribution to any organization.My most recent role was as a Superuser at Schneider, where I assisted in the implementation of a new company program. I was responsible for entering data, troubleshooting, responding to service requests, and training associates in the use of the new program. I demonstrated my ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently, as well as to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and teams. I also leveraged my previous experience as a Logistics Technician and a Customer Service Team Lead to mentor and support new associates, foster collaboration, and handle escalation calls.
