I am passionate about facilitating healthy learning environments, family oriented experiences, and entertainment. My goal is to move forward to develop a career working in either learning and development or entertainment management. I worked with children all 4 years of high school and I was a live-in nanny for 2 years. I was a teacher for primary school age groups K-8th for 2 years. I have moved forward in my current position in a fintech company, combining my extensive customer experience and teaching knowledge to facilitate training new customer support agents. I have 4 years experience in cruise line entertainment and branded media. I have 8 prior years in various interactive family entertainment and performance platforms. 2 years of my cruise experience was specifically working with branded and entertainment media which includes working in programming, a CMS, an app platform, branded visual marketing, and managing licensed content. I was also chosen to cover as Dept. head of Entertainment 3 separate times during my cruise career and I was in charge of training and mentoring new team members and interns. skills include-proficient in all Microsoft office programs-proficient in Zoom and facilitating virtual training and development -experience in designing lesson plans -proficient in Google meet, classroom, slides, docs, and Jamboard -proficient working with computer database management systems-Once daily experience working with Adobe InDesign and Adobe PDF-experience building multi-entertainment programming into a cohesive schedule flow.
