As an Account Executive I act as the connection between a business and the Leader-Post. I provide professional solutions for my clients on how to best achieve their advertising goals and expectations. In order to provide the most knowledgeable advice possible I remain up-to-date on every changing trends, products and services and by doing so garner strong and trusting relationships with my clients. To nurture that relationship I monitor/optimize campaign performance and consistently keep in contact with the client, making me intimately involved with the business goals which strengthens my ability to give personalized, high-achieving advertising solutions. Communicating clearly, a keen eye for detail, creativity and flexibility under stress are key factors to my success. An optimistic approach to continuous learning ensures my guidance is never outdated. The average day has me following-up phone calls, prospecting new business, liaising information between parties, congratulating clients, creating campaign strategy and processing orders with the use of various computer applications. I am well versed in digital media and offer a full suite of digital media products including Social Media, Google, SEM and SEO solutions. I am Google certified and ensure I stay up to date in an ever changing media landscape.
