With an MBA in Professional Studies and more than ten years of experience in Project Management, Public Relations, and Marketing, I’m a strong candidate for a variety of positions. Career motivated, personally driven and ready to achieve in a new long standing position. I am team player with a naturally aggressive mindset and a desire to achieve more. I am very proficient at managing calendars, schedules, and delegating work to proper parties. I have monitored and updated all project submittals, transmittal's, work orders, purchase orders, permitting, drawings, subcontracts, contracts, change orders and all legal documentation. I have arranged all travel, coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist w/ scheduling client visits. Planned all events for entire company. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, Sage, SSO, FOundaion, Timberline, Expertise, Service Channel, Avetta and all aspects of Social Media. I am the President of a non profit in memory of my father who passed from 9/11 Cancer, the VP of the 9/11 Responders Remembered Park and a Board Member of the Feal Good Foundation. Additionally, I have lived on Long Island for most of my life and therefore, I have an intimate knowledge of the geographical layout. OSHA certified, First Aid, Confined Space and many more certifications.
