About Crystal Gill

My Nurse Coaching practice is a culmination of 15 year’s clinical experience and personal transformation. I studied at the world renown Institute for the Psychology of Eating. My work combines the powerful new fields of Dynamic Eating Psychology & Mind Body Nutrition. My skills combine practical coaching techniques, results-oriented psychology, clinical nutrition, personal fitness training, body-centred practices, mind body science, meal prep, cooking, and compassion toward health & food challenges. I invite clients to embrace a growth mindset to refresh and empower their lives. I don’t see challenges merely as a sign that “something is wrong with you” - but a place where we can fully explore some of the personal dimensions in life that impact food and health, food & weight. Oftentimes, eating challenges are connected to work, money, relationship, family, intimacy, life stress and so much more. By using a client centred approach to discover the places that are most relevant to you, success is more easily achieved. As a Nurse Coach, I look to support you with strategies & nutritional principles that are nourishing, doable, sustainable, and that yield a transformative experience- inside and out!
