I am responsible for four sales and support departments, with varied goals and processes. I initiate changes to quality policies, sales scripts, and processes, and provide actionable feedback for improvements. I also lead 1x1 meetings, calibration meetings, and cross-functional alignment sessions with quality, sales, and success teams. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices, and sharing them with my peers and team members.
