About Crystal Goad

As a recruiter or human resource professional, my main responsibility is to manage the hiring process and ensure that the organization has the right people in the right positions. My tasks as a recruiter include posting job openings, reviewing resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and making job offers. I may work in-house for a company or organization, or I may work for a recruiting firm that provides staffing services to multiple clients. As a human resource professional, I handle a variety of tasks related to managing employees throughout their employment. These tasks may include recruiting, on-boarding, training and development, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. It is my responsibility to ensure that the organization complies with employment laws and regulations. To be successful in my role, I need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the hiring and employment process. I must also be able to work effectively with a wide range of people, including hiring managers, candidates, and employees.
