Crystal is an experienced management consultant, best known for rapidly delivering quality outcomes, and typically selected for high priority and high visibility projects to help establish credibility and momentum. Crystal’s excellent stakeholder management skills and experience engaging client executives at a variety of levels make her the ‘go-to’ person for clients and colleagues for her thoughts and advice. A believer and practitioner of collaboration and team development; Crystal’s authentic leadership style is recognised by executives, peer and team members alike. Crystal has been instrumental to the growth of the Canberra Strategy practice – she led recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing and mentoring of Strategy candidates – which resulted in the expansion of the strategy practice. In addition, she was nominated to represent the Strategy team at a mass recruitment campaign for the broader Canberra Advisory practice in late 2018. She has also been assigned an indigenous vacationer as her counselee, based on her high cultural and diversity awareness. Crystal has demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, and has led development of key deliverables and provided guidance to junior staff to solve complex client problems. Crystal is also experienced in deal scoping, shaping, and pricing. She often works as a Pursuit Leader working directly to a Pursuit Partner / Director. Her experience spans strategy, operations, change management and project management across multiple large public sector clients across Australia and New Zealand.Crystal wishes to further expand her technical and industry experience.
