Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Emory Valley Center and a Quality Enhancement Specialist with the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL), I lead with a focus on innovation, accountability, and strategic growth. I specialize in operational excellence, program development, and the integration of behavioral health services, ABA, and enabling technologies. With deep expertise in compliance, quality assurance, and workforce development, I support multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-impact outcomes across East Tennessee. I help align teams toward shared goals and measurable results. My passion lies in advocating for the dignity, rights, and inclusion of people with disabilities while creating sustainable systems that support staff and families alike.
