I am an ambitious and highly motivated student currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science degree in Bioproduction at Cecil College, with a strong focus on laboratory practices, techniques, and biomanufacturing. Presently achieving a 3.86 GPA, I am committed to academic excellence and have developed a solid foundation in biological laboratory skills such as cell culturing, PCR, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, and gel electrophoresis. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong work ethic and an ability to lead by example in diverse roles across various industries. From managing teams in retail environments to overseeing inventory and ensuring operational efficiency, I have consistently taken initiative, worked effectively under pressure, and driven success. These experiences have not only sharpened my leadership abilities but also reinforced my ability to collaborate and manage responsibilities in fast-paced, high-pressure settings. Currently, I work in a QC lab while actively participating in the Employee Engagement Committee at LaMotte Newark. With a Certificate in Biological Laboratory Skills (4.0 GPA), I am eager to apply my knowledge and hands-on experience to new opportunities in the laboratory quality industry.
