I am passionate about empowering teams to find growth opportunities in their careers and optimizing their outcomes with skilled consultation and strategic implementation. Adept at process improvement and program refinement, I value the importance of change management and project planning. I have a solid, self-driven remote work history allowing for successful communication and project management virtually with leaders and team members around the world. As a dedicated, life-long learner, I obtained my CAPM in 2020 to strengthen my project manager skills, a large part of successfully creating new training, new operational standards, communication plans and event planning. I also hold a UX certificate from Google and a Change Management certification from GAQM. Currently working on my Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) professional certification for TD professionals as well as how AI tooling can be applied to professional and project success and how career and leadership growth can be enhanced through DEIB initiatives.
