About Crystal Lamb

I am currently a Production Supervisor at Hitachi Automotive of America. I am a positive and encouraging person. I am fast paced and self motivated and enjoy a new challenge. I have worked a Telecommunicator for the Kentucky State Police where I fielded and dispatched calls for law enforcement and local emergency personal. I learned many clerical task while there and enjoy the interaction that I had with people. I have worked in the manufacturing environment as a production member and worked my way up to a Supervisor. In this aspect I have learned to deal with daily production planning, operator placement and training, safety, quality, and production output. I am a well rounded individual that pays close attention to detail, can adapted to change quickly, and I communicate well with other people.
