I am highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Manager with more than five years of leadership skill. I currently work in a high pressure, fast paced management health care company I have been with this company since start-up, have worked countless hours to achieve KPI and mission statement. I look after two sites with 20 unionized staff. My day can go from interviewing, to training, to HR issues, to performance management, to meeting with clients. I have learned soft skills that have helped me to become a rounded manager by taking professional development courses. Before my career in healthcare, I was in the food industry for five years. I started from a barista to a zone manager managing multiple units and multiple brands. My on-site job expertise has afforded me a well-rounded skill sets.
