About Crystal Lopez

I'm an experienced professional with a background in marketing and the medical industry who has made a 180-degree career shift into the tech industry. While my passion for marketing and business remains steadfast, my favorite aspect of any job is working with people. My diverse background reflects my ability to connect with individuals at different stages, assist, and problem-solve. In my current role as an Associate Technical Account Manager, I have the opportunity to assist clients with troubleshooting, bettering their knowledge and understanding of our software, in hopes of improving user experience. Beyond my full-time role, I'm dedicated to supporting women's economic empowerment through my part-time involvement with Women's Economic Ventures (WEV), a non-profit organization that equips local business owners, microbusiness owners, and entrepreneurs with essential skills in business planning, financial management, and resources for sustainable growth. As their Bilingual Business Consultant I am able to offer services with Business Planning & Development, Financial Planning, and Marketing Strategy. Outside of work, my life revolves around my two huskies, who are the primary reason I ever leave my home office. My passion for technology, business, and giving back to the community drives me forward. Building connections with people and being a part of this supportive community brings me joy, and it's one of the reasons I'm thankful to be here.
