Passionate about making every day count. Committed to making a positive difference in individuals quality of life by nurturing all domains of health through meaningful therapeutic recreation. Driven by the victories of the people I am lucky to serve. Celebrate any size of victory! I have practiced Recreation Therapy in settings such as Long Term Care/Advanced Dementia Care, Developmental Disabilities, Community Outreach, Concurrent Disorders, Homelessness services, Paediatric Oncology camps and currently work on a residential harm reduction program for opioid and alcohol management. Having worked with diverse client groups, I feel as though I have experienced many walks of life and have acquired many valuable skills from doing so, making me a valuable member of a hard working team.
