I’ve always loved puzzles and solving problems. As a kid, I spent countless hours working on jigsaw puzzles and playing point-and-click adventure games (yes, King’s Quest, I’m looking at you!). I was driven by the thrill of overcoming challenges and helping characters reach their goals — a passion that has stayed with me throughout my career. Today, that same love for solving puzzles — especially the right ones — drives me in my role as Manager of R&D and Product Strategy at iCarol. I’m passionate about uncovering root causes, not just treating symptoms, and I thrive on gathering the right information to identify and solve complex problems with simple, effective, and impactful solutions. In my role, I’m fortunate to work alongside incredibly talented colleagues and a global network of clients in crisis intervention, helplines, and information & referral services. Together, we design and deliver technology solutions that help organizations serve their communities more effectively. I’m proud to lead both Product Strategy and R&D — helping shape the vision for our products, while also driving innovation and improvements that meet real-world needs.
