I have worked in the social work field for 25 years in numerous areas - Hospice, nursing homes, and hospitals. For the last 21 years, I have worked in affordable housing for seniors and truly love working with my residents. As a Service Coordinator, I link my residents to resources in the area to help them age in place. I was promoted to Senior Service Coordinator shortly after my hire date assisting managers with hiring, training and mentoring new SC's in the region. I also develop numerous programs, network with other professionals and advocate for those in need. I became a Certified Online Training Associate in 2013 allowing me to train and conduct webinars via Adobe Connect. I was promoted to Regional Senior Coordinator January 2014 and now work closely with 2 Regional Vice Presidents and 7 Regional Directors covering 11 states to hire, train and mentor Service Coordinators with the assistance of 3 Senior Service Coordinators under me. We work diligently to support the SCs in the region so our residents receive the best!
