About Crystal Milo

With a decade of work experience in corporate governance, ESG, and racial equity, I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to promote diversity, inclusion, and social justice in the business world. I have a Master of Public Policy from the National University of Singapore and a BA in Political Science from Mount Saint Mary's College California. Most recently, I was a Senior Corporate Governance Analyst at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where I provided non-legal advice regarding ESG and corporate governance practices to clients, drawing on my previous experience at a proxy advisor, a pension fund, and academia. I managed projects that utilized corporate governance best practices for racial equity within boardrooms, corporations and their workplaces, and the products and services they provide communities. I also collaborated with funds on engaging public companies on diversity, equity, and inclusion at the board level, and supported work on integrating ESG priorities in evaluating asset managers. I have multiple honors and awards, including the Harwin Student Leadership Award and the President's Award.
