Currently, I work as a Stores employee at International Paper, where I manage procurement, vendor relations, and inventory while ensuring compliance and efficiency. I also hold a Front- Line Leader Certification, which strengthen my ability to guide teams, improve workflow, and support organizational goals. My previous roles in production and logistics at Hyundai Motors and Crown Laundry built my skills in supply chain coordination, quality control, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. As a Shift Manger at McDonlad's, I supervised 25+ employees, managed scheduling and training, and gained early experience in leadership and operations. I am passionate about building a career in business operations and management by combining my academic studies with real-world experience to improve efficiency reduce cost, and drive results.
