An experienced assessment and accreditation leader who is dedicated to helping administrators, staff and faculty improve student learning and program effectiveness. In collaboration with various stakeholders, I am able to identify outcomes and develop appropriate assessment instruments to efficiently collect and analyze data; which in turn, allows organizations to quickly respond to emerging trends. identify strengths and weakness ultimately exceeding regional and national accreditation standards.* I am honored to be among colleagues who value assessment, scholarship and innovation in higher education. The OHSU Assessment Council's Excellence in Assessment (EIA) Designation now ranks our institution as one of only 39 designees since 2016.* In partnership with the University's Office of Educational Improvement & Innovation, I lead alignment of programmatic assessment efforts within the School of Dentistry.* Encouraging a culture of assessment through consultation, instruction, and professional development with faculty, staff, and administrators allows me to develop meaningful relationships across departments and programs.* As a contributing member of the OHSU Teaching & Learning Center, I lead educational workshops addressing assessment, active learning, accreditation and curriculum mapping.
