24 years of customer service and management experience in the theme park, retail, school system and healthcare industry. Designed and implemented management training programs, provided operational services, guidance, and advice on programs and policies. Written management plans, organizational capabilities, technical approaches, team subcontracting, small business subcontracting plans and conflict of interest plans. My goal has been to maximize personnel performance by introducing new ideas and practices regarding to the management objectives. Strong background of delivering projects on time and under budget. Overall job responsibilities have included, but not limited to: Planning, organizing, and developing team members in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degree of resident care is maintained. Staffing, retention, scheduling, training and developing all staff. Purchase and maintain supplies and inventory. Ensure all budgets and financial processes align with company goals.
