With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, my journey has been driven by a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. As a Master Trainer at O2 Fitness, I've honed my expertise in creating tailored programs that resonate with clients' unique needs. My commitment aligns with our mission to foster wellness through a personalized approach, and I take pride in contributing to a culture that values diversity and client-centered service. At O2 Fitness, my role has evolved over the years, reflecting my dedication to client success. I've learned and honed in on sales skills, bringing in over 20 new clients annually, many of whom have continued working with me for months and even years, leveraging my knowledge in personal training for people of many different demographics. My approach to client relationships is grounded in genuine care, ensuring that each person I work with is supported in their journey towards health and fitness, which has been key in maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates. Additionally, I was previously licensed to sell health and life insurance in Mississippi beginning in 2018 and obtained my license in North Carolina in 2024. I am now excited to fully commit to a remote, full-time role selling life insurance, under the supervision of my first manager at O2 Fitness, whose confidence in my abilities (regardless of how bad I struggled at sales in the beginning) I greatly appreciate. Being recruited into this position by someone who has witnessed my growth to success through various roles and challenges reinforces my motivation.
