I have years of experience in medical documentation, working with various healthcare providers and systems. Previously, I was a Quality Documentation Specialist at Nuance Communications & Cognizant, where I reviewed and edited hundreds of medical reports and transcripts, and provided feedback and training to medical scribes. I also have experience as a Medical Office Assistant at United Health Services, where I performed administrative and clinical tasks, such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and collecting specimens.I graduated with an Associate's degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Elmira Business Institute in 2020, where I learned the fundamentals of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology, as well as the skills and techniques of medical scribing, coding, billing, and transcription. I am a fast learner, a team player, and a problem solver, who strives to deliver high-quality service and care to patients and providers. I am seeking a new opportunity to advance my career and skills in the medical documentation field.
