As a founding partner of Idea Fountain, Crystal brings over 20 years of experience to the table in the hospitality industry. She is a self-proclaimed “stickler for details” and is dedicated to making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You can always count on her dependability, straight-forward attitude, and commitment to excellent customer service. Her passion to give her clients a unique experience, ensure that they have a great time and not have to worry about the details. Crystal’s diverse background in the hospitality industry is a tremendous asset to the company. With past experiences in professional photography, restaurant management, a transportation logistics specialist and client services, she has built lasting, solid relationships with an array of unique individuals and resources. As an active member many local and international organizations she is constantly educating herself on the newest trends in team building and casino events. After almost a decade as a Dallas/Fort Worth resident, her love of North Texas is constantly evolving as she seeks out new experiences and ways to enjoy the area. In her free time…she is the President of the Texas Van Federation. Traveling all over the country in her restored old hippie van, camping and exploring the great outdoors; she has made valuable connections in every state across this country. She also loves returning to her photography roots to view the world from a unique perspective.
