Currently working as an Administrative Assistant for Dynatron Software. Working with people and helping solve problems are my number one passion. There are many skills I am proficient in for example my 10+ years of Customer Service, ability to type 70+ wpm, use of Excel, Word, and Google Suite. I pride myself on my ability to stay perfectly organized and stay on task even in high stress situations as well as more on multiple projects at a time. I am use to working on tasks that are time sensitive as well as have a need for confidentiality and always excel at each task given. Perform my time a Dynatron I was a personal assistant for a Tax Preparer. During my time with her I was able to help her revamp her entire system, set up a client scheduling system, set up online payment for her clients, do personal tasks for her, help schedule appointments, collect on delinquent accounts, and more. I have 4 years in an office setting, 12 years experience in Customer Service, 8 of those years of which I was either a Manager or a Leadership position. I do not have an college degrees but I am a fast learner, hard worker, willing to learn anything required to follow my passions and be the best employee possible. Any job I work comes with the goal to move up in the company and always put my best foot forward. I graduated from North Mesquite High School in 2009 which was a year earlier than my actual graduation year with a 3.82 GPA all while participating in extra curricular activities, working a Full-time job and supporting myself. I can and plan to do anything I set my mind to and make a great addition to any team!
