Lead maintenance activities for JIT/STR/TRIM (up to 50 plants). Development of EMEA Maintenance strategy targeting Zero customer impact due to equipment failures using the industry 4.0 technologies. Achieved savings/cost avoidance/optimizations through use of: • Tools supported identification of the spare parts overstock equivalent to 35% from total inventory. Developed internal spare parts exchange marketplace, thus ensuring the intercompany transfer of the spares and reducing MRO Opex. Spares marketplace also very useful for Greenfields, instead of buying new parts - transferring overstocked items from existing sites. • Tools supported optimization of maintenance plans tasks frequency and content, definition of proper maintenance strategy (OTF, FTM, CBM, FFI). As outcome identified up to 20% optimization of the work content as PM tasks and open up capacity up to 20% of maintenance HC. • CMMS supported conversion of 45% of calendar-based to PLC Tags meter-based maintenance plans that increased reliability and availability of the equipment and opened up additional capacity of maintenance HC up to 15%. • CBM system increased spare parts lifetime with up to 25%, reduced unplanned downtime with 75%. • Enhanced LTPM playbook having at its base the focus on exactly same practices deployed and covered by maintenance core tools that support to achieve Operational Excellence in terms of maintenance.
