As a Director of Global Health, Safety, and Business Continuity at IMAX, I oversaw the strategic and operational aspects of EHS, risk management, compliance, and training across the organization, ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and stakeholders. With 16 years of experience in diverse industries, including construction, manufacturing, entertainment, and aerospace, where I have developed and implemented best practices and standards for EHS and business continuity. In my previous roles, I have led and executed global EHS initiatives, managed multiple wastewater permits, performed risk assessments and gap analyses, and supported business continuity planning and preparedness. I have also created and implemented compliance documentation to satisfy various regulatory agencies, such as NASA, the Air Force, and the FAA. I hold the Associate Safety Professional (ASP) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credentials, and I am proficient in construction management, risk assessment, and the Workday Learning module. I am passionate about creating a culture of safety and resilience and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the performance and sustainability of IMAX.
