About Cullen P.

Most of the jobs I’ve had, I’ve ended up being the person who figures out how to make things work better. I’ve stepped into messy handoffs between teams, unclear processes, and missing systems — and built out the structure that helps everything run smoother. I’ve worked in sales, ops, and client success at both fast-growing startups and smaller teams where you wear a bunch of hats. I like that mix of people and process, building things that actually help, not just look good on paper. Right now, I’m leading internal projects and tightening up operations at We Restoration, working closely with ownership to make things more sustainable and scalable. I’m not focused on chasing titles or a specific industry. I just want to do solid work, solve real problems, and leave things better than they were when I got there.
