Starting my journey as a developer, I grew through roles as architect, manager, and senior engineering manager—giving me both hands-on technical depth, experienced leadership and a strong organizational perspective. I’ve led global and hybrid squads across Vietnam and Australia, balance delivery velocity and technical debt. My experience covers areas from critical services and compliance to customer platforms and data-driven services—always with the same focus: building technology that enables the business and delivers real value to customers.
