I am currently the head of customer experience for one of the largest marketing agencies in Brisbane. This role has allowed me to gain invaluable experience many industries ranging from NFP, Government, Enterprise and SME. I love spending time with customers, its my passion and where I thrive. Being able to understand their business and provide honest, well-thought-through direction is my main skill set. My day-to-day role at R6 Digital has me overseeing staff with aspects of HR, marketing initiatives, sales, but mostly operations. I also have extensive experience within the self storage industry both as an operator and a supplier. I spend nearly 50% of my time within this tight nit community, and have done for the past nearly ten years. 2021 & 2022 has seen me heavily involved with large technical development projects as a project manager. My ability to ‘bridge the gap’ between programmers and the customer has been my largest complement from stakeholders. I have extensive experience in Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, Bing ads, SEO & Retargeting across all platforms along with Traditional Advertising. I use my ten years of experience in the digital industry to craft strategic campaigns that result in high returns.
