In addition to the business of arranging and placing debt and equity for owners of all commercial real estate asset types, Curt Fleming is also working as an adviser to National Storage Affiliates Trust (NSA); a recently formed public company in the Self Storage space. Curt's role for NSA is to introduce the company's structure to storage owners/operators and show them how forming a partnership with NSA can be economically and operationally beneficial. Curt has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having been active in real estate finance, resort development, and commercial brokerage. Prior to forming Knightsbridge, Curt was a managing member of a $200 million ranch resort project in Southwest Colorado. Previously, Curt was a perennial top producer for Belgravia Capital and upon its sale, was a Senior Director of a NYSE finance firm. Over the course of his career, Curt has originated and structured over $4 Billion of debt, mezzanine and equity transactions. Curt holds a B.S. from the University of California - Irvine and is a licensed California real estate broker.
