Curt is an Executive Coach passionate about working with smart, successful, creative, ambitious and positive leaders to live bold careers, lead bold initiatives, be strategic and collaborative and take on greater and new responsibilities. Curt helps executives and other leaders to understand their leadership style, capitalize on their strengths, strengthen their development areas, increase their influence, and determine their future career direction. Clients become more effective leaders and managers, resulting in more successful and faster attainment of their and their organizations’ goals. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. He is also an Expert and Professional Speaker on Change Leadership, and is an avid student on the topics of change, change leadership and influence. He currently is an adjunct instructor teaching leadership coaching for Northwestern University's MSLOC program. Previously, he was adjunct instructor at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management MBA program teaching New Products and Services. His past experience includes being an EVP of Marketing and Corporate Sales at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, a Principal at the innovation consulting firm Kuczmarski & Associates, Director at Information Resources, Inc.(IRI).
