With a 30-year career working in project-delivering organizations, I’ve progressed from leading small, focused teams to people at peak and driving the successful execution of of domestic and international projects. I have supported 5 major company reorganizations, leveraging change management to promote governance and synergy across multiple business units and large-scale projects. As VP of Construction with All Weather Windows, I led the commercial construction division and revamped all aspects of sales, business development, fabrication, and field construction while instilling a culture of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and driving financial results and growth.
