I have been with the company for over 20 years, starting as an awning production worker and progressing to various managerial roles. I have a degree in Business Management, Accounting, and Organizational and Industrial Psychology. My core competencies include accounting, operations, product service, operation efficiencies, and coaching, developing, and managing teams. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to our customers while optimizing the processes and resources of our divisions. I have led multiple projects and initiatives to improve the production, sales, and profitability of our products, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence among our teams, empowering them to achieve their goals and exceed expectations.
