Currently pursuing a second Master's degree in Educational Leadership, with the goal of transitioning into an Assistant Principal role at the high school level within the next two years. As a counselor, I've developed strong skills in student advocacy, crisis management, and academic planning. My experience has given me valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities within secondary education. Pursuing an Educational Leadership degree reflects my commitment to broadening my impact on student outcomes and school culture.
