Based in Vancouver, I’m a seasoned business executive and entrepreneur. I'm now a Partner and Chief Growth Officer at Ammortal, a next-generation human optimization company redefining recovery, longevity, and peak performance. Ammortal represents the convergence of everything I’ve lived: elite performance, deep wellness, and cutting-edge technology. Previously, I served as President & CEO of Innovative Fitness, North America’s largest network of premium personal training studios. Over 20+ years, I led the growth of 17 locations across Canada, developed strategic partnerships with brands like Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton, and built a reputation for creating exceptional client experiences and delivering results. During the pandemic, I co-founded WRKOUT, a digital platform that empowers fitness professionals to deliver personalized programs and products to clients anywhere in the world. More recently, I’ve supported companies in the wellness and longevity space, including OK Capsule, a personalized supplement platform powering the next generation of health brands. I currently serve on several boards and advisory groups focused on community, sport, health, technology, and performance, lending my experience in business development, strategic growth, and leadership. Outside of business, I live what I preach. I’ve run across deserts and countries, climbed Kilimanjaro, and helped raise over $5 million for charity, including $1.5 million for Juvenile Diabetes through endurance events like cycling across Canada and Australia and setting a Guinness World Record along the way. I also write Younger than Yesterday, a free weekly newsletter where I share simple, science-backed tips on longevity, wellness, and living a bold, energetic life.
