My career is dedicated to building the educational frameworks that empower individuals and scale organizational knowledge. I believe that a well-designed learning program is the most powerful catalyst for both personal career growth and business success. As a Program Manager for Certifications at Salesforce, I lead the end-to-end lifecycle for some of the tech industry's most sought-after credentials, including Tableau, Slack, and Mulesoft. I specialize in the architecture behind the education—managing the technical infrastructure, collaborating with psychometricians and learning designers (LXDs), and aligning program strategy with learner needs. This work is the culmination of a journey that began as a U.S. Air Force instructor, where I was rated #1 in my squadron for my ability to produce and teach professional development pathways. I carried that passion into tech, building global training programs at Meta and managing career accelerator education for over 500 veterans at Shift. I thrive on creating clarity from complexity and am passionate about building the systems that unlock human potential through education.
