I get to wake up each day and talk Supply Chain and the complex issues that face our industry today. All with the goal to bring solutions that reduce the levels of stress and bring peace that come from what often is a stressful and chaotic industry. Each day is an opportunity to impact a company, but even more so people. The goal is not to hit a number but provide solutions that truly bring value and improve work life balance, so when they go home, they are able to be better husbands, fathers, wives, mothers, and be involved in their communities. That is the bigger purpose that drives me to do my job well for my customers, the rest takes care of itself. I have 16+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation Management, 3PL, Ecomm and Retail Sales. I believe honesty, integrity, teamwork & servant leadership are the key attributes needed to be successful in business and life & strive to live by these attributes everyday. In both my personal and professional life, I strive to live out my faith in Jesus Christ & His example guiding my decision making. I am extremely passionate about serving others through my job, as well as volunteer opportunities in my community and church. Professionally, that servant mentality means I am committed to CEVA, to our internal teams, and most importantly to my clients. My success is measured by their success, by being an extension of their business, their growth, and success. So I am blessed to get to be apart of their story. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family. I am married to the love of my life, Jamie for now 20 years. We have 3 incredible boys together who are turning into great young men. I have coached and still with baseball, basketball and football. The title of coach means a lot to me, it provides a platform to pour into the next generation of young men and women who will become the business leaders of tomorrow. I passionately serve in my local church in children’s ministry, which provides another opportunity for me to influence the next generation and remind them of their value and how much they are loved!
