As Business Development Manager of Blue Moon Estate Sales of Katy, I am involved at several levels of operations, including directly assisting clients and their family members going through life transitions, building and maintaining professional relationships with specialists such as real estate professionals, probate & family law attorneys etc. in order to connect their clients with our services, as well as build a dedicated, reliable and loyal customer base to attend our events and bring about the most positive results possible for our clients. Blue Moon Estate Sales of Katy assists people during transitional periods of their lives by offering top quality, full service and stress free estate sale experiences. We professionally handle every aspect of the estate sale process including, staging, pricing, marketing, operating the sale and ensuring clients get the best fair market value for their possessions. What can take an individual weeks or months to do, we accomplish in a matter of days, even ensuring clients receive their proceeds within 5-7 business days. We hold the highest levels of integrity and ethical standards and are backed by a nationally recognized company with over 10 years of estate sale experience, helping ensure that our estate sales offer the most professional, efficient, stress-free and successful events possible. More About Me: I started of my working career in the hospitality industry as a server and working the expo line at The Mason Jar in Houston, eventually becoming an assistant manager and general manager. I would later manage several establishments over the years. Point of Sale experience and a fair amount of computer knowledge led to my work in the point of sale side of the hospitality industry for a few years. In 2008, I joined Harvey-Lynch, Inc, building advanced computers for offshore video inspections. I obtained my TWIC card, numerous safety certifications, performed installations, subsea asset inspections & provided technical support. As Lease Pool Administrator, I was responsible for management, tracking, shipping/receiving, organization of a multi-million dollar equipment pool. I performed offshore visual inspections of subsea assets including pipelines, valve operations, subsea structures, and collected data for review, coordinating with numerous client and vessel representatives. I also operated and maintained the company 26ft. survey vessel. After the 2015 oil & gas crisis, I became an independent IT consultant until 2020 when I had the opportunity to join a former colleague in a great, new opportunity.
