My ability to lead and enhance Finance functions, coupled with my hands-on experience in logistics, scheduling, procurement, and ERP system conversions, allows me to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments where innovation and adaptability are key. My early experiences on a family livestock and grain farm, coupled with my involvement in competitive sports and 4H, instilled in me the values of hard work, resilience, and teamwork.
