Imaging is one of the most powerful tools in healthcare — and I’m honored to lead AdventHealth’s Enterprise Imaging Infrastructure team in shaping its future at scale. My team partners with 14 radiology groups, clinicians, and executives across 56+ hospitals and care sites. Together, we design and deliver imaging platforms that support studies daily and help clinicians provide safer, faster, and more connected care. A core part of my role is bridging technology, clinical workflows, and vendor ecosystems: • Validating vendor claims against real-world performance to ensure hospitals invest in solutions that truly deliver value. • Partnering with CIO/CTO leaders to align multimillion-dollar investments with enterprise strategy and frontline care. • Advocating for clinicians by ensuring IT is built around their workflows and improves outcomes for patients. Over more than a decade in enterprise imaging and healthcare IT, I’ve helped lead: • Consolidation of 26 PACS clusters into a single enterprise platform, cutting costs and enabling automation. • Migration of 8.1PB of imaging data into a mirrored 15PB Dell PowerScale disaster recovery site with zero downtime. • Rollout of AGFA Enterprise Imaging across the network, creating scalable, hybrid-ready infrastructure. • Integration of AI platforms (HeartFlow, Viz.AI, Rapid.AI, Circle CVI, Volpara) into clinical workflows to accelerate diagnostics. • Strategic initiatives in digital pathology and radiation dose tracking, supporting AdventHealth’s 2030 vision.
