Currently I work in the FIU at MUFG Union Bank (now US Bank) in Tempe AZ as a senior AML Investigator where I am consistently a top producer both in quality and quantity of cases. I am a mentor/trainer to new employees, and case reviewer/approver. Also, I was also part of the UAT testing team, testing out the new case management system, finding and documenting errors found in the system for remediation of consent order findings at the bank. Previously- Worked for JP Morgan Private Bank as a KYC Onboaring Officer doing periodic KYC reviews of private bank customers as required by law- Worked as an AML compliance analyst at Western Union where I monitored and analyzed alerts concerning the patterns and trends associated with money laundering and reported suspicious activity as required by anti-money laundering laws. I was a member of the UAT testing team and the reinstatement team as well. I was a top producer both in quality and case output on my team and promoted after one year, minimum time, in recognition of this fact- Worked as a participant services representative at Great West Financial where I was responsible for answering incoming telephone inquiries including, but not limited to, requests for general account information, concerns related to contributions and withdrawals, how to make changes to an account, product information, and tax questions. I obtained my FINRA series 6 and 63 during this time. I was given a department manager award in recognition of being a top performer- Worked as an air traffic controller shows that I am able work successfully in a fast paced, stressful, team environment. In this position I became proficient at quickly analyzing data to efficiently prioritize tasks in a time critical environment. I am a self starter and am comfortable in positions that require a great amount of trust, responsibility, and self direction.
