As Executive Director of The 6th Branch, I lead a veteran-powered, community-driven nonprofit transforming vacant lots, strengthening neighborhoods, and creating green, healthy spaces in Baltimore. My work blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, from cultivating funding partnerships and securing grants to working side-by-side with staff and volunteers.Building on my prior success at Midtown Community Benefits District, where I oversaw complex urban operations and advanced community wellness, I now guide The 6th Branch in expanding its urban farming, food equity, tree canopy, and environmental stewardship programs. My focus is on financial sustainability, workforce development, and deepening partnerships that empower residents to take ownership of their communities.With a background in hospitality and operations management, I bring a results-oriented yet people-centered approach, ensuring that every initiative is both efficient and impactful. Whether navigating city partnerships, mobilizing corporate volunteer days, or designing strategies for long-term growth, I am committed to driving meaningful, measurable change that turns vision into reality for Baltimore’s neighborhoods.
