Please let me introduce myself, my name is Curtis Ruscoe and I'm currently loving continuing my experience a a Cabin Crew member with WestJet Airlines! I am loving, being apart of a cabin crew team that focuses on passenger and crew safety and comfort. I am also a seasoned customer service leader and specialist, expertise in communicating service and product knowledge and thrive in both self driven and social working atmospheres. This has been developed over my career which has been focused in the alcohol service and gaming industry. I've worn many hats while in these industries, as a result I've gained knowledge and understanding of a very fluid industry. It is ever changing and a constant learning curve, my ability to adapt to quickly to change and embrace education have allowed me to grow and mature within the industry. I feel I have a very approachable persona and disposition, I am well versed as a server, salesperson, customer entertaining, and sports enthusiast.
