As a UX Researcher at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, I help teams ensure they are solving for real needs, reduce risk by catching problems early, and spark creativity through increased empathy for customers. I have a demonstrated history of working in government as well as the marketing and advertising industry, where I applied my skills in web design, HTML, and user experience design.I have attained UX Engineer certificate from Kenzie Academy. I also attended Interaction Design Institute there I learned how to conduct user research, design user interfaces, and code interactive web applications. I am passionate about communication, listening, and empathy, and I believe they are the key to gaining access to the information that we all look for individually. My goal is always to understand the story and the details of the people I work with and for, and to use my UX research skills to create solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
