About Curtis Young

Curtis has spent over 30 years in the insurance brokerage industry. Prior to joining Thompson Flanagan in 2013, he was a Managing Director with Marsh. His more than 25 years of experience at Marsh included roles in the areas of account management, business development, alternative risk financing, transactional risk and management and professional liability. Curtis is a passionate advocate for his clients and his experience allows him to consistently deliver results on their behalf. Curtis graduated from the University of Arizona in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and from Loyola University – Chicago in 1995 with a Master’s in Business Administration. Curtis is an avid golfer, die-hard Kansas City sports fan and loves live music. He has three children and resides with his wife in Northbrook, Illinois.
